Parental Supervision Policy
Children between the ages of 5-8 will be considered freshman campers and must be accompanied by 1 active parent/guardian. There are no organized activities for children ages 4 and under. If an active parent wishes to bring his/her child (age 4 and under), he/she must remain with the child at all times. In this case, the donation covers both the parent and the child.
Facilities include a large, air-conditioned temple hall and dining hall, large outdoor tents for YYC group sessions, a field for soccer, volleyball and group games, and a college regulation outdoor basketball court.
Accommodations for all YYC campers will be at nearby motels. Most, if not all, activities will occur on the Mandir campus. Transportation to and from place of accommodation will be arranged for YYC campers. If you are a YYC camper with a vehicle on campus, you must hand in the keys during registration (NO EXCEPTIONS). Your keys will be returned to you at the end of camp.
Airport pickups and dropoffs are limited to the following airports: Allentown (ABE), Newark (EWR), and Philadelphia (PHL). Airport transportation services will be provided for flights landing between the hours of 9 AM and 11 PM. Any travelers on incoming or outgoing flights outside these times must wait for the next group pickup. Please be mindful of arrival and departure times when booking flights for the sake of our volunteers.
